About Me

Hello & Welcome,

My name is Fiza Tajwar. I began my supporting journey back in 2019 when I started a Foodbank in Manchester and worked with the local counsils to help with the shortage of food at the local foodbanks. We helped nearly 50 families every week. Through that experience I became aware of many psychological and existential difficulties people were experiencing.

Inspired by my desire to support others, I chose to pursue counselling and psychotherapy. My goal is to provide a safe and confidential space where individuals can find empathetic understanding and non-judgmental acceptance. Throughout this journey, I have become acutely aware of the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Many people feel that their struggles reflect a lack of inner strength, as these internal difficulties remain invisible to the outside world. By entering this field, I hope to contribute to breaking down these misconceptions and foster a greater understanding of mental health challenges, encouraging those in need to seek help without fear of judgment.

I am here to help you with the journey of inner transformation and healing and to bring to you the knowledge and resources that I have been blessed with. Through the services I offer, you will find inner healing and strength to improve every facet of your life.

You are not alone in this. I hope to see you soon.
