I work as a trauma-informed integrative counsellor and therapeutic coach, offering online and telephone sessions to meet you where you are. My foundation is Humanistic Therapy, woven with evidence-based tools from cognitive, somatic, and creative approaches. My coaching style is collaborative and rooted in respect—I honour your unique story, your values, and your pace.
Alongside individual support, I also offer premarital and marriage counselling for couples seeking to strengthen their connection, navigate challenges, or lay a more conscious foundation for the future. Whether you're preparing to share life together or working to repair and renew, this space supports open, respectful dialogue and lasting emotional intimacy.
I’m equally passionate about nurturing the next generation of therapists. For trainee counsellors, I offer both personal therapy and reflective mentorship that honours the emotional depth and challenges of the training journey. Whether you're navigating placement, seeking confidence in your practice, or wanting space to process your own story, this work supports your growth into a grounded and compassionate practitioner.

Who is this service for?
Therapy with Fiza is for individuals, couples, and families seeking support with emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. Whether you're navigating mental health struggles, relational difficulties, or personal growth, this service is open to all—regardless of background, faith, or relationship status.
What happens in the consultation?
I will collect details about yourself and have a short talk about the struggles you are facing and how they are impacting your life. I will also talk about the counselling contract which is an agreement between you and me to ensure that we are aware of the ethical guidelines for safe and effective therapy.
What happens in a counselling session?
In your first session, we’ll explore your story, goals, and what matters most to you. There’s no pressure—just a safe, respectful space to begin your journey. Sessions are collaborative and may include structured frameworks depending on your needs.
How long does therapy take?
Each session lasts 1 hour. The number of sessions depends on your goals. Your progress will be reviewed regularly to ensure the approach remains aligned with your needs.
Do you have different rates for different life circumstances?
Yes. I will inform you of this during the consultation.
